WriteClean provides a free AI-powered grammar checking, style editing, and text humanization tool accessible at writeclean.app. The Service is provided free of charge with no account required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use WriteClean only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit text that contains illegal content, threats, harassment, or material that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service through automated requests
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures that protect the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to WriteClean. We claim no ownership over your content. The corrected output produced by the Service is yours to use freely without restriction.

The WriteClean website, brand, design, and codebase are owned by WriteClean and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from WriteClean's interface or branding.

5. AI Processing & Accuracy

WriteClean uses AI language models to process your text. While we strive for accuracy, AI grammar checking is not perfect. We make no warranties that corrections are error-free or suitable for all professional, legal, or academic purposes. Always review AI-suggested corrections before using them in important documents.

WriteClean is a writing aid, not a substitute for professional proofreading in high-stakes contexts.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of WriteClean is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Text submitted for checking is processed by an AI API and is not stored on our servers. We do not link your text to any personal identifier.

7. Third-Party Services

WriteClean uses third-party AI APIs for text processing. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party API providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WriteClean is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteClean and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
